All cancellations or changes of appointments must be made online 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no show no call or cancellation within 24hours of the schedule appointment. Clients that are more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of service amount, and will need to reschedule. (All fees must be paid before booking another appointment) If you need to cancel due to an emergency 24 hours before your appointment, please contact me via TEXT OR CALL.
